The parallelism of dance(choros) and olive oil tasting could be the beginning of an unforgettable gastronomic experience at the mountain of the Centaurs. 

 Much like our muse, cooking is a passionate dance between the cook and his recipes. A melody composed of wild and cultivated ingredients and the regional tradition next to the fires with ultimate goal of reaching a climax of flavors and the excitement of ones senses.
